Private E Marketplace functions only as a technology platform and marketplace facilitator. We do not own, manufacture, store, transport, or sell any goods or services listed on the Platform. All contracts, transactions, and obligations are entered into directly between buyers and sellers, while Private E Marketplace provides the digital infrastructure to support transparency, efficiency, and compliance. Private E Marketplace does not: • Control the nature, quality, legality, or accuracy of goods or services listed • Participate in or influence contractual terms between buyers and sellers • Verify, endorse, or guarantee the performance, conduct, or representations of any buyer or seller beyond platform-level verification • Assume responsibility for delivery, payment disputes, product quality, warranties, or contractual breaches Accordingly, Private E Marketplace’s data processing role is limited to platform functionality, compliance, verification, security, and lawful marketplace operations.

Use of the Platform is subject to acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Private E Marketplace collects information only on a need-to-know and purpose-limited basis to operate the Platform, verify users, enable procurement activities, ensure compliance, maintain security, and prevent misuse or fraud. 8.1 Information You Provide Directly For Buyers: • Personal Identification: Name, mobile number, email, photograph (live capture), Aadhaar card details (submitted through live image capture only), and PAN card details. • Business/Organizational: Organization name, Business PAN, GST number, CIN/LLPIN, registered business address, office location, and bank account details. For Sellers: • Business Identity: Legal name, type/registration details, PAN, GST, CIN/LLPIN, registered business address. • Financial/Compliance: Bank account details, turnover information, certificates/license. • Catalog/Listing: Descriptions, specifications, images, videos, pricing, invoices, and bills. 8.2 Verification and Compliance • Live document images captured through the device camera. • Live location data limited to proximity validation (e.g., 1-km radius). • Verification logs and device permission confirmations. 8.3 Transactional and Technical Data • Orders, tenders, bids, auctions, contracts, invoices, and payments. • IP address, browser type, device info, login timestamps, and activity logs.

Private E Marketplace uses collected information for: • Account Creation & Verification: To create accounts, verify identity, conduct KYC checks, and prevent fraud. • Marketplace Operations: To facilitate purchases, tenders, bids, and contracts; generating invoices and records. • Payment Processing: For transaction processing, tax compliance (GST/TDS), and financial record keeping. • Management & Security: Registering incident reports, dispute resolution, detecting unauthorized access, and monitoring policy violations. • Support & Analytics: Responding to queries and analyzing platform usage for improvement. Private E Marketplace shares information only as follows: • Between Buyers & Sellers: Sharing limited contact and delivery details at specific transaction stages. • Government/Regulatory: To comply with laws, court orders, or statutory obligations (GST, TDS, etc.). • Partners & Providers: With banks, payment gateways, hosting providers, and technical partners under strict confidentiality. • Corporate Changes: In case of merger, restructuring, or sale, subject to continued privacy protection.

• Storage: Data is stored on secure servers, primarily in India, with role-based access controls. • Retention: Information is kept only as long as needed for active accounts, legal/tax compliance, or dispute resolution. • Security: We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption and regular security audits. • User Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
